What is Your Cancellation Policy?
Your appointment is very important to us. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we request a 24 hour notice. A charge of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged if adequate notice is not given. This courtesy allows the availability to schedule another client from our waiting list.

Clients who no show will incur a charge of 100% of the service scheduled.

Clients maybe asked to prepay a percentage of service to secure an appointment with a credit card. This maybe new & existing clients

As a courtesy we will send a text confirmation or phone message 2 days before your appointment. Please call the salon if you are unable to keep this appointment. Please value our stylists time & talent

What is Your Return Policy?

Unused products are accepted for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Gently used prodcuts will be accpegted for exchange or store credit within 30 days. 

Hair dryers, flat irons & hair tools are not elegible for return of exchange.

Wew accept only items purchased with us.

What happens if I don't show without cancelling?

No call, no shows will not be permitted to reschedule with us.
